Seem to be one of the best

I searched the market and these seemed to be one of the best, the price was good and I’m fully covered for everything I need, I have no complaints so far, I’m in my second year of cover, so will need to see, if they put the cover up year on year, but yes so far so good I would recommend them to family. Reliable efficient quick low price high value

Good customer service Had a fire at the house all of upstairs needed redecorating new doors floors skirting boards plastering. It was last Xmas stressful Time but one call were efficient and quick they took the stress out and sorted everything out got the house back to normal in no time. I had no doubts about One Call, but since this pandemic I am not so sure

My experience of getting in contact with One Call over the past couple of months has been horrendous, I am not on the internet, so my friend has been my PA, I would have loved to do it all myself and talk to someone, that was one of the reason I choose One Call because of the excellent customer service, please try and get back to telephone helplines, instead of using the computer all the time, there will be more people like me, and should stay the way it is, I am afraid I| may have to switch Reviewed on: 9th October 2021

Appealing customer service

I have my house Inaurance with One Call. I haven’t made a claim on my house insurance for many years but needed to recently. When I spoke to the agent, I was made to feel like a criminal as he obviously didn’t believe it was a genuine claim (we’d had a mobile phone stolen). As a retired police officer, I did not appreciate his attitude. Needless to say, I won’t be renewing with them and if I’d read the reviews first, I wouldn’t have chosen them but unfortunately only read them after my bad experience with them.
