Good value

3rd year, good clear and value for money Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

No contact with One Call except for the sale

One Call is a broker and one doesn't really have contact with them except when they sell you the policy. My current, large claim, is being handled by Trinity Claims and I'm not impressed at all. Any messages I send are supposed to be answered within 6 hours and they are just NOT. I have to make a call, wait a long, loong time and then have the query looked at. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

I've been with one call for a few years now and iam really happy with the price and coverage, everytime ive got intouch by txt message its been a great experience and talking to which ever member of the team makes me feel as though i know them personally with how the txts go ,I find texting is good for me because they read everything I ask and they solve everthing which makes me happy Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
