Stayed with for years

I have stayed with one call for a number of years after having g an accident in 2017. Everything was promptly resolved and I have always has a positive response when dealing with them. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Helpful and reliable

I have been with One call for a few years. I am always met with professional standards when I phone. When I have had to change my address on my policy, it has been dealt with accordingly and swiftly. I've never had to wait a long time when phoning either. I had to phone breakdown recently and didn't have to wait long either as they arrived earlier than I was told. I believe I am charged reasonably with insurance as when I have compared with others, One call have never been over-,priced. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Nearly there

Everything on the whole is good apart from the renewal fee for existing customers! You should get a better deal only when your a new customer we should get rewarded for being a loyal customer as well. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Very Cheap

Really cheap, nightmare to talk to and loads of hidden charges. I changed my car was told there was no change to my premium 7 days later direct debit went up. Waste of time complaining as they can’t say anything other than what’s on the script. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
