Great service

I used to swap every year my car insurance via go compare but for the last two yrs this company has given me a very good quote and renewal no the cheapest but very close to the point it’s not worth changing Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Easy to use, but different?

Really easy & straightforward to deal with One Call, but I have almost had it with insurance companies! There are certain things in life, where insurance is obligatory and this company seems fair enough for this situation, but I've never had to make a claim. The problem is, when you do need to make a claim - it is NEVER truly resolved in the customer's favour. I see no reason why One Call should be any different. The multiple caveats and get-outs that insurance companies are allowed to give themselves, mean I only ever use insurance for those mandatory occasions. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
