2 years and counting

Need to improve

When it came to renewing my annual house insurance you said you had e mailed my latest quote for the year but I didn’t receive this you also said you had sent a letter which I also didn’t receive when we rung you the day it was due to renew you said you had already renewed it 3 days earlier and taken the payment from my bank account so I had little choice but to go ahead with my policy you then didn’t send any documentation and I had to go on line and re register for an online account to try and find my policy about a week later you started corresponding with me again and sent my documents through the post I feel you have not been as professional as you come have been as we unable to speak to you on the telephone over this matter as you are called one call insurance I think you are using the current situation to your advantage and to be one call is taking liberties Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
