Always had good service

Easy access to documents. Friendly staff always willing to help when you contact them

I always find changing/renewing insurance to be a pain but One Call made the whole process completely painless. I cannot comment on their efficiency regarding claims as - touch wood - I haven't need to use this service yet!! Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Not interested in household claims

I have had a roof leak and they put me on to Integra Insurance who say that if not storm damage I must find a roofer to get it done and I must pay. They will pay fir redecoration internally. I have waited over three months for roofers to find the cause and then not turn up to do the job and feel insurance company should have instructed a roofer to do the work. Still waiting for a roofer who has said he will come at the end if this week in the meantime, the rain is still coming through, Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Only had to call a few times - when I did they got it sorted

I've only ever had to call 'em a few times, and always been easy to get straight through to relevant teams. When I have needed them for whatever reason, its been sorted quickly and painlessly..and in a few times when complaining about premium increases (before they started doing the 3 year price freeze), they even got me on cheaper deals :) Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
