Great cover, Great Communication

I had an issue with an accident I had. One Call phoned me run through the process with me, answered all my questions and completely dealt with the claim from start to finish. They are knowledgeable, helpful, took all the stress out of the situation, worth every penny I paid for my insurance, overall a fantastic service !! I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them to anyone !! What customer service

Can give a positive or negative review as everything is done online ... Though I will say that recently had to change cars through no fault of my own and was charge £30 for the privilege and if I had cancelled would have had to pay £60 .. Bit unfair especially in this current climate. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
