easy some bits a little confusing

It was very easy to change policies, a little confusing because of items being standard and then shown as added but that was resolved by simple phone call. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Are One call good or bad?????

One Call Insurance were very polite and Knowleable from my first contact with me, putting me straight at ease with my insurance needs, describing the most suitable type of insurance policy to suit my needs with a price that I was comfortable with. No pressure at any point to purchase and even gave me time to think the quote over, and to ask if I had any questions or doubts about what I was about to conclude with. Never expirienced a nicer insurance company as a "first time user" with them. Totally honest and trustworthy with the whole process of getting the motorbike policy sorted out without fuss. Very highly recommended to anyone looking for an insurance quote for very different types of cover. Many thanks to One Call for all of there help through what turned out to be a relaxing expirience.
