Easy Friendly & Efficient Service

I love One Call Insurance. It provides a fast, friendly and efficient service and you can usually deal with most matters on the online chat which means no lengthy expensive phone calls or waiting in a queue. Due to the chat box

Due to the chat box, common sense isn't used. I had 2 policies and wanted to streamline as only had 1 bike on the road. I asked to cancel 1 bike and change the details on the other. The change wasn't possible but Leah cancelled my only means of transport. Fuming and not impressed. Reviewed on: 28th September 2022
