House, contents and car.

We have cover for our house, contents and car. Up until now we haven’t needed to claim but we sprung a leak and up to now the service is first class. Reviewed on: 25th September 2024

Good online Portal and telephone assisatnce

One call arrange my home insurance. All my documentation is easy to acess from the online portal and if I ever need to contact they are alos at the end of a phone. The phone queue / waiting is acceptable and the staff are always helpful. Worth talking to them this year as by making a couple of "tweeks" to the policy I was able to avoid a such a sharp increase in premium Reviewed on: 25th September 2024
