Whenever I have had to get in touch to change insurance policies the chat line has been of great use. I rarely need to speak to an adviser but if I do they are always very helpful and efficient. I am fairly sure I will be renewing with One call for both cars and my house insurance as long as they continue to offer me a good deal! Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Have been with One Call for a few years now. Purchased Home and Contents insurance first. Later added car insurance and this year also bought Travel insurance through One Call. Happy with purchases and prices are competitive. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
