I like to speak to real people

I had to try to arrange temporary cover for a courtesy car recently, I thought that it would be straightforward. But I was unable to sort this online and very disappointed with the live chat and wasn't able to speak to a human left me very frustrated. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Had a claim 3 months still nothing back

Put in a claim that someone hit me 3 months back still got nothing from them. Constantly waiting on the phone for 4 hours plus just to eventually be hung up on. Disappointed massively. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
