Can't speak to staff members on the phone

I wanted to add my son-in-law to my motor insurance for a 12 days. This was an emergency situation as his car had broken down and his families order would be ruined without a car. One call were not accepting phone calls. Tried the Chat option but lost internet connection so had to start all over again. In the end the quote was over £148. In the end Imanaged to get him onto my wife's direct line car insurance over the phone and it was only £5!! I won't be renewing my policy with one call Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
