Great price ok customer experience

Took policy on great price and useful customer interface. Interactions with company ok. Biggest gripe is not allowing courtesy car if customer wants to use own preffered garage for repairs. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

A bit more transparency is needed

All was good at the beginning, the price was affordable, and services were fair, however, after a few weeks into the term and got an email that my policy will be cancelled should I not provide my driver's license share code and details. A bit shady if I may matter of fact that they could get all info from the comparison site through which I booked the policy through and I didn't contact them prior to these threats to ask for all those details. They added unwanted concerns and anxiety for no reason. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
