I think the best customer service...

online chat was brilliant. FP2 was really helpful, and although offered some great deals for me (hire car/breakdown) it wasnt a hard sell. FP2 gave me a great deal on business use- as i have to have that now due to my company changing to off-site meetings! WORST COMPANY IN THE UK

WORST COMPANY IN THE UK, THEY ARE UNCONTACTABLE, THEIR CHAT SERVICE DOESNT WORK, THEY AREN'T AVAILABLE VIA THE PHONE, THEY FINE YOU RIGHT AWAY IF A PAYMENT IS MISSED AND ISSUE A DEFAULT RATHER THAN QUERY WHY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THIS EVIL COMPANY WHO HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!!
