Good value but communication not always easy

I was very impressed with the price and the cover of motor insurance and the ease of setting it up. However, I found it difficult to get in touch when I needed to cancel the insurance when I sold my car. When I finally managed, the service was very good and efficient -except I felt I was overcharged as I received no refund for the remaining 8 months left on my insurance. Easy no hassle insurance

Time after time Onecall have out priced the competition for my Mini Countryman. I get more value for money when comparing elsewhere each year. Last year I had an emergency call out and Onecall made sure I was picked up and relayed to the nearest garage quickly instead of home which was very helpful. Friendly staff too.
