Service is Excellent

Overall the services provided are excellent. Once in-touch with an operative problems and queries are dealt with very efficiently. The only drawback is the time taken to make contact with an agent. Despite being "Onecall", they cannot be contacted by phone and on-line chat involves a long wait. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
