Difficult to contact by phone

When trying to add an additional driver when our answers did not fit the boxes, we needed to chat about it, only numbers for claims or breakdown were easily available. In the event we were refused as whilst he is an ex pat from England he did not have a current uk licence.. we will be looking for a new insurer next renewal. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
