Good Customer Experience

Peace of mind for a good price, especially with Home Emergency & Legal Assist. Usually, I compare companies each year and chop and change to the best value, but for the past 3 or 4 years, this has always been One Call. I've not had to claim but it seems straightforward enough. The online customer account is good, easy to change things if you need to, as is the Live Chat facility which I have used several times over the years, with any issues being resolved quickly. Hard to claim
