Do everything they need to do, but getting in contact with someone is very difficult. One Call relies more or less 100% on its on line customer portal which sometimes just didn’t cut the mustard. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

When it came to insuring my newly purchased van I went to a number if companies and price comparison sites to compare policies and products. One call was not the cheapest but overall scored best on customer service. When you need to make a claim its then you need a company that deals with you as a person. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022
