I was greeted by a very friendly insurance advisor when enquiring about motorcycle insurance. There was no pressure to purchase they gave me all the options and offered me any additional products for me to choose. Gladly I’m not had to use my insurance yet however, the company continue to contact me occasionally to ensure the service I’m receiving is correct.
