Overall Excellent service

I’m in my first year as a customer with onecall insurance. My registration experience was smooth. I was contacted about my interest and my questions were answered satisfactorily. Though, my compulsory excess was quite much. I hope I get a cheaper deal in my second year. Cheers Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Great easy to use On-line Service

Thankfully I've had no cause over the last few years with One Call to claim for any accident or breakdown. But the renewal process is easy every year, at a fairly competitive price when compared with other Insurers. The breakdown cover is a comfort, and the two times I've changed cars whilst with One Call, amending the changing to my new cars details on-line is so quick & easy with new documents available to download same day.
