Brilliant service

honest and reliable

I appreciated the honesty and assistance that I got from the helpful person that I spoke to at renewal. I had a few queries and things were answered, my premium was reduced due to updated information and mo thy payments are affordable. Broken down and left to arrange

The first time, ever, I called to use the breakdown service and I was shocked at my service! No help at all.. They wouldn’t recover without a garage to take it to and as it was just after 5pm, none were open.. Covid time aswell.. What if it was late at night and on a motorway??? Single female left to sort myself! Need to drop my cover and cancel, just not had time.. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

The name does not live up to the experience

Someone drove into the back of me, causing moderate, but not severe damage. It took me ALL day to report it, my car was taken on a trailer some 150 miles for repair when perfectly suitable garages are nearby, my replacement car came a similar distance, which is a huge carbon footprint. Since the accident in January I have had daily (sometimes more than once) calls from “ambulance chasing” legal Insurance companies, so my details have clearly been “sold on”. Appalling service and it’s been a nightmare from start to finish. I will NEVER insure with OneCall and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Avoid and be aware how awful my experience has been and continues to be. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
