Best service ever

My car was hit by a lorry on the motorway and the agent I spoke to was brilliant, patient, calmed me down and my claim was dealt with swiftly and easily Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Usless

I took out my insurance over the phone. I asked for insurance with Immediate effect as I was picking up a new car. The next day I looked through my policy on line and the start date was days away . I had to ring up. Luckily the phone call was recorded and the managers listened to the call. I actually drove a new car home with no Insurance Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
