Zero empathy, zero communication among themselves

My experience with One Call has been an eye-opener,to say the least. They are near to impossible to get hold off and when you get someone on "Livechat" they don't have any knowledge of your situation and it's repeat, repeat ,repeat every time. They send threatening letters continuously and then say it's a matter of routine! I can honestly not wait till this year's insurance ends and I will NOT be renewing with this company or recommending them to anyone. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
