Would never recommend to anyone - actively avoid One Call insurance at all costs

Shockingly poor service. After stating that they found that the vehicle that collided with mine was uninsured they changed their mind to saying they couldn’t prove it was uninsured, leading to me having to pay an excess despite my policy stating no excess payable if hit by an uninsured driver. Have ironically had to call One Call multiple times to register a complaint and keep being told I’ll be called back - no one ever calls. Please do yourself a favour and avoid One Call insurance at all costs. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
