Good Insurer shame about the breakdown cover

Have been with One Call for years. Excellent insurer (not that I’ve made a claim at all) but the service has always been good. Then recently I had to use the Breakdown cover that comes with the insurance. What a nightmare. Only saving grace was the actual truck recovery driver picking us up and taking us back.
