Good Insurer shame about the breakdown cover

Have been with One Call for years. Excellent insurer (not that I’ve made a claim at all) but the service has always been good. Then recently I had to use the Breakdown cover that comes with the insurance. What a nightmare. Only saving grace was the actual truck recovery driver picking us up and taking us back. Great insurance company

Terrible customer service

Appalling rules and difficult to communicate with customer service. I wanted to change a vehicle. Only option was to cancel (pay cancellation fee) then take a new policy ( admin fee) truly terrible. Like highway robbery Reviewed on: 5th September 2020
