During the unprecedented times we are having, the whole world upside down , the livelihoods of people being reduced the uncertainty of income . We get letters saying that we are here to help and understand Blah Blah Blah ! So when I got Covid as a essential worker , Furloughed and thought I need some help here , I contacted one call and guess what ? Told if you can’t make the first payment a second attempt on the third day and one in seven and if the account fails then we cancel the policy, yes that’s really good help that one call please don’t bother sending letters making you look like your a understanding company willing to help typical insurance leaches. Now full comp insurance con ! Fully comp used to be one fix price everything in it ! Legal protection, window screen replacement, hired car , hotel accommodation, break down recovery and so on , why when you get a quote on line it gives you a reasonable price ? Then says ok if you want the rest it’s additional ? And ends up costing you a lot more ? So fully comp guys , is one price with the package! Get it sorted . Reviewed on: 31st August 2020

I have been with one call about 4 years now and had nothing but a good service and great deals. I particularly like the 3year fixed product that I have just had and I am so happy with it I am going to enter it again for the next 3 years. When you are so busy day to day it takes all the fuss out of sorting your renewal. I feel that one call look after and reward their existing customers that are no problem or not had any fault claims. They are reasonably priced, have very good customer service who actually listen and will do their best for you. If you have been with them for as long as I have you can become a platinum customer which I find handy... same price for 3 years long as no change and a rolling month contract. I wouldn't change from them and i often try to persuade my friends to join. Reviewed on: 30th August 2020
