Excellent service

I have been with One Call fur quite a few years now and thankfully only had to contact them a handful of times. On the occasions i have contacted them, they have been excellent. Customer service has been quick, efficient and hassle free. They definitely get my vote. Reviewed on: 31st August 2020

Customer Focused

I cannot fault One Call Insurance and have been a customer for a while now. Fortunately I have never had to use their service other than to receive competitive renewals and now have all our Car and Home insurance with them. They have excellent discounts available and rather than having to haggle to get a good deal they are made readily available. Would definitely recommend! Reviewed on: 31st August 2020

Excellent Customer Experience

I’ve been a One Call Insurance customer for a few years now and can highly recommend them for their high quality product, customer service and value. The online experience is easy to navigate and provides all the information I need to keep track of my cover and account details. The platinum product is great value and offers flexibility if I require it with simple monthly payments by direct debit that means I can just forget about it until I need to change something...easy as! Summation

The insurance cover is great but the add ons like green flag do not exist due to this add on i cancelled my policy with rac which i had used for over 20 years i was told i did not need to keep this extra expense when i used green flag they said idid not have cover and charged me 25 pounds to do a jump start. Then two weeks ago i had a puncture which they said was not included in the cover and thst i would need to pay 150 pounds up front this is not acceptable and am now considering changing my cover to a more honest and reliable company Reviewed on: 31st August 2020

Total satisfaction

I have been with One call Insurance for over 5 years. At first it was because they used their discretion when dealing with my SP50 penalty and were by far the cheapest quote I had at the time. To date no price comparison website has been able to beat their price for the car I drive. As a platinum member I have all the benefits you would expect including a monthly rolling contract so I don't feel tied down. Reviewed on: 31st August 2020
