Insurance company great but repair centre service absolutely shocking

Car went in for rear bumper repair the independent assessor wrote the car off but I was not informed for another 2 months where my car was moved to a separate area where it recieved additional damage and after I finally managed to speak to repair centre manager he said it was tough luck additional damage was caused even though car was always my property and should never have gone into storage Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
