Poor in many respects

indidivual staff pleasant but management failed needs in relation to Time in which to arrange inspection I was told insurerers would describe and keep in touch, I have never been asked to confirm or disprove what was stolem from the. behicle. Property was stolen, how do i confirme? I has to enquire on 4 occasions that my vehicle would be collected. I was told that a courtesy car was free, but then asked to sign and an agreement agreeing to pay. I was told that i would be contacted by the garage and informed about manual or automatic, I was not, this has caused problems, my wife cannot drive the vehicle. I was told i would be asked about automatic or manual. I was not. MY wife is in her grandmothers covid bubble but is unable to get her shopping. Reviewed on: 29th August 2020

Excellent service, nothing to much trouble.

Excellent service
