My bump

Had a tail end bump and from start to finish from advising One Call of incident to the return of my repaired car, brilliant, except for the modern day requirements of ID etc with every phone call or communication, very annoying. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Base on recent claim

Helpful to the end

I had been insured with these guys previously, but found a cheaper quote. On calling to cancel, not only did they match - but beat the cheaper quite & promised to pay any fees the other company may charge for cancelling. Very helpful, but not pushy! Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
