Been with credit union from age of 18 they are superb in there job role talk you through everything very quick and easy now it's online there manners are lovely always happy to help Barbara and jenny if she is still there better than going through ye bank I think been going for years best thing to help liverpudlians in there hours of need thank you . Very helpful and very fast on sorting out my loan for Christmas

I needed a loan for Christmas and I had left it a bit late. I didn’t think my application would be excepted as it was so close to The holiday. At the time I applied for the loan we were all in lockdown and lots of people were working from home (obviously things were taking longer to complete). I really thought I would be refused my loan as I had left it so late to apply but I didn’t and It in time for Christmas. Thank you. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021
