Thankful

I have had an account with partners for many years. (20+) Although now I am financially better off and able to manage finances better that has not always been the case. Over the years gone by I have found myself in many financial predicaments and unable to receive financial support elsewhere they have always been able to support my young family and I enabling us to get back on our feet. When times have been difficult I have been met with support, advice and understanding while providing an incentive to save. Recently I reviewed many loans to complete some home improvements and as usual partners credit union have offered the best rate . They provide a service that supports people who are unable to receive credit and offer excellent rates giving young families who would normally struggle the opportunity to turn their financial situations around . This is an excellent service and although I am much more financially secure now they can offer support to people who are not so lucky. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

Never too much trouble

Partners Credit Union has been my saving (see what I did there) grace over the last few years, ive never been able to save properly before but since joining I've managed to keep my savings and borrow enough to have fantastic holidays! The staff are always amazingly helpful and never make me feel uncomfortable or awkward. My next build up of saves is taking me to Disney land! Help for all

Perfect for times when you need a helping hand

I've been a Member of the Liverpool Branch of Partners Credit Union for years , and I've always been dealt with in a courteous and professional manner by all the Staff , past and present. Nothing is too much trouble and they've always dealt with my savings accounts and loans queries quickly and reliably. The staff at Partners Credit Union deserve all the recognition and awards on offer , and I'm sure I'll be a member for many years to come , good luck with the awards ceremony. The bank of the people

Partners credit union as got me out of many a bined helping me save it's a lot easier for me to save as it comes straight out of my wages the new app and debit card is also very helpful I have been recommending partners credit union to friends who also find them very helpful for savings and loans when in need. Quick and efficient
