Lifesaver

Has been a lifesaver and helped me transition from being in dire straights from covid and give me a bit of breathing space an ability to afford necessities. Great flexibility, be that for splitting a £100+ purchase up into 4 month interest free payments, to pay in 3 and having a low limit means I can have some control and not overspend my means. Credit rating improved because of PayPal

If it wasnt for PayPal Credit my credit rating would never have improved as I was unable to get credit anywhere else but because I use PayPal credit a lot and pay off on time my rating has improved significantly and any issues I have had with my account were resolved very quickly and courteously. Very simple to use, very simple to understand. The fees are there explained to you and they have really good lengths of 0% interest periods and ive used it anywhere I can use PayPal and they also regularly review your account and credit limit. They also have very clearly written options you can pick if youre having financial difficulty in repaying. They seem like a company that would rather have you as a long term customer and be able to work things out with you than lose you as a customer. I would definitely recommend their service to people (and have). The app makes it so easy to see whats going on with your account and set up direct debits etc. And they even warn you that you may be paying too much back in a period of time and that you have paid enough for that period of time. Easy, convenient and safe than most credit card companies

I have been a PayPal user for almost a decade, if not just over that. I have never had a problem, always kept my balance out of the negative. I applied for PayPal credit during a time I needed something along those lines and was very weary of most credit companies due to their high demands just for application then everything afterwards. PayPal made it easy for me to choose them, they are trusted, fair. During covid they were understanding and offered help to those who didn't have job or income anymore. I don't know any other credit company that would do that. They are a gem in this world. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
