Great customer service

I have been with PayPal over 14 years, and since then they were always helpful when I needed them. They are very generous as well with this credit scheme. Unlike some banks, when you ask for a higher credit limit they don't just turn you down automatically, they actually care. I definitely recommend PayPal. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026

Reliable, convenient and always there when I need it

I’ve used PayPal for years and have always found it really easy and convenient to use. I particularly like having the flexibility to pay for things without having to constantly enter my card details, and being able to manage payments easily through the app. When money is tight, PayPal has also given me options that I wouldn’t otherwise have had, which has been really helpful. The app is straightforward, payments are quick, and I like having everything in one place so I can keep track of what I’ve spent. Overall, my experience with PayPal has been positive.
