Frustrating customer service experience.

Frustrating customer service experience. When things work, PayPal is fine. But if you actually need help with an issue, expect long waits and scripted replies that don't answer your question. Their 'message centre' takes days to respond, and phoning them means navigating endless automated menus before you even speak to a human. Most agents seem unable or unwilling to do anything beyond reading from a script. It's not that they're terrible, it's just that getting a real problem solved feels unnecessarily difficult.
