Payplan is amazing they helped me so much

Payplan is amazing , I was In so much debt and so depressed but Payplan were so supportive and said don’t worry we will help you all the way and get the debtors to stop pushing for money you don’t have and come to an arrangement and freeze the interest . They helped me at a really difficult time

Advisors are so helpful, understanding and friendly. PayPlan helped me at a really difficult time and made my financial situation less stressful. They did everything and kept me updated every step of the way Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

There is room for improvement in customer service

They are a bit disorganised with documents and not very practical. They wanted to send me a blank doc by post, when I could just print it -- which I did in the end. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

I don’t know what I would have done without PayPlan

I didn’t want to speak on the phone and was able to sort my finances out via text which was a very quick, easy process. The advisors were friendly and non judgemental and were able to find a plan that was suitable and affordable. They took care of everything taking all the stress away.
