Payplan is amazing , I was In so much debt and so depressed but Payplan were so supportive and said don’t worry we will help you all the way and get the debtors to stop pushing for money you don’t have and come to an arrangement and freeze the interest . Payplan - It's not what's it's cracked up to be

Initial consultation was brilliant, contact from case handler regarding first payments great, but since then communication has been rubbish. The portal absolute is a complete waste of time, it's been rest for me Twice now and still doesn't work. I'm still receiving threatening letter from Banks when I was told this would change.
