I needed help with debts that had been unfortunately taken out when married in my name.

Due to my wifes financial struggles when married i agreed to take out loans to clear her debt, unfortunately soon after taking out the loans my then wife left. During times of despair with spiralling debts I contacted Payplan and from the first minute of that call was made to feel unbelievably at ease and for the first time in years I could sleep. Thanks to Payplan I now have a repayment plan that is affordable and allows me to move on with my life. Thank You !!!! Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Helpful and understanding

Excellent advice and support

I was in a terrible state financially and didn't know where to turn. Called Payplan and from the off they just took control and put me at ease, they put a very comprehensive plan together, spoke to all my creditor's and we all agreed a way forward. Changed my life

I got in to a substantial amount of debt through a major decline in my mental health. I suffer from PTSD, anxiety and depression following the tragic deaths of my nan, father and brother a few years ago. I wasn't well enough to leave the house to go to work and I fell massively behind with my bills and debt repayments. The interest amounts kept growing and I could no longer keep my head above water. I contacted Payplan, they helped me to find the best solution for my situation and guided me through the process with understanding and care. Each step of the way they ensured I was informed and listened to. What they did for me has really changed my life, I still struggle with my finances and mental health but Payplan are still there to support me and have even given me payment breaks in times of difficulty. Easy and reassuring
