I have been with Payplan for over 10 years as they have helped me navigate my way through large and overwhelmimg debt. as my business collapsed leaving me with crippling debt, but they showed me a way to get through it and set up an affordable pay back plan. A lifeline in hard times

I honestly don't know where we'd be without payplan. They've navigated us through a DMP and an IVA and taken almost all of the stress associated with debt away from us. At times it can be a little difficult to speak to someone or get answers to simple questions, so that is frustrating, but when you do get through, the staff are always pleasant and non-judgmental and patient. We're nearly out of the woods now and in the nicest way possible I hope I never have to deal with Payplan again, but I would certainly recommend them to friends or family members who find themselves in the same boat.
