Helped me when I needed it the most!!

I felt like I was buried in debt and didn't know where to turn. After trying one debt management company for a while I discovered o was being charged so much each payment and my debt was barely going down. I turned to PayPlan, desperate and in need of help and they have helped me set up an affordable plan where I can see that my debt total is going down.and they are also really flexible. For example, a few times over the years I have had large, unexpected bills come through and have contacted payplab who have adjusted my payments to them accordingly, with no problems, in order for me to be able to settle all bills whilst still making a contribution towards reducing my debt. In 2011, I was refused a credit card balance transfer for the first time. Having lived in debt all my adult life since University, I had been used to juggling credit but had incredibly little knowledge about interest rates and the crippling impact of debt. I had about 8 credit cards, storecards, loans and an overdraft. In desperation, I contacted PAYPLAN who guided me onto a debt mangement plan. I steadily paid into this until at aged 39, I discovered I was pregnant and a lifelong dedication to my teaching career had to be reconsidered. My husband and I jointly entered into an IVA. We took one payment break for the birth of our second child, but other than that have continuously been chipping away at our debts for 11 years. This comes to an end in August 2022 when I feel a stress free life will FINALLY begin at 50! Payplan have supported me with advice at every step and taken on my burden of debt. Staff have been knowledgeable, supportive, non judgemental and ever present to answer my questions. The Payplan plus app has been amazing. I would recommend PAYPLAN to anyone facing a crisis of debt. The first thing that made an impact with me was from the first time I contacted PayPlan. The agent and I were talking right through the early hrs of the morning. I was at the end of my tether, up to my ears in debt and newly widowed, I didn’t know which way to turn. Then I was directed by my bank towards PayPlan. We could not have been any lower when we first came into contact with Payplan- debts spiralling out of control, fear of door knocks and possible loss of home. They just made things so much easier for us and should us how to tighten purse strings but still be able to enjoy life. Nearly there now - £60k worth of debts gone! PayPlan took all my worries away from me, they sorted a plan, talked with the companies I was having to deal with and agreed that plan with them.
