Payplan is helping me so much, they are caring and understanding with all my health issues, which makes me not understand what is going on, so means they are very patient relaying information and repeating many times, until I understand. Payplan offer an excellent support network to help you become debt free its simple and easy they are there with you every step of the way and deal with the things you find difficult. For someone who suffers anxiety and panic and hates talking on phone, they have been approachable understanding helpful and patient with all advice given/recommended. A call back email or message when not able or wanting to talk, nothing has been to much trouble. Reviewed on: 24th May 2022

Helped me get back in control

Payplan helped me understand how I can affordably get back to a good place financially while still giving me breathing room to still enjoy my time and money I have. The service was thorough and efficient and I felt in the loop the whole time. Even if different people had to deal with my case, it still felt coherent and clear.
