Sorted out my debt without judgment

After the covid pandemic I got myself into debt. I didn’t know which way to turn. After contacting PayPlan they sorted out all my creditors and set up a plan. Letters stopped and I felt a little better. If you get into a problem then there’s help out there for you. The staff are friendly and helpful and don’t treat you anything but professional. From my first contact with Payplan the staff have consistently demonstrated to me respect and understanding. The experience has helped me to move from a very dark place with regard to my financial situation to once more live life without feelings of guilt and worry. Help when needed.

When I was at a very low point regarding financial difficulty I spoke to Payplan. The first people I spoke to were empathetic and kind. I felt they understood how I was feeling and did not judge me. I set up a plan with them and have remained with them throughout. I am now 2 months off repaying my £35 k debt. Reviewed on: 24th May 2022
