I was initially embarrassed and nervous about requesting financial support. My fears were unfound however, as the approach from the Payplan team during discussion, gave me the confidence to disclose my issues and to also ask questions, however naive, they might have appeared. I cannot put into words how the whole procedure of resolving my financial problems improved my state of mind at the time, and how it has had a positive impact on how I deal with my finances in the future. The whole process of managing my debt was quickly resolved and I know that I can continue to contact Payplan if I have any queries/concerns in the future. When first introduced to play plan I was so worried about my dept an how to pay it back with getting charged a lot of money PayPal agents helped an talked me through this it worked an how they would contact my creditors an set up a plan . This was such a relief an I know pay directly to my paypal account get regular statements from my creditors as how all is working an I am reducing my debt an I have peace of mind that I am glad to have the help of paypal Thank you so much Reviewed on: 24th May 2022

Willingness to listen

Nearly always I have been impressed by the capacity of PayPlan people to.listen to my side of the story, and I really appreciate that. Once I was quite shocked when someone stepped in and wanted to impose terms on me - it made me feel very unsafe, in a situation where my debt has been created by my vulnerability to bullying. But I protested, and the point was made. I am much.more likely to emerge from this horrible situation in good shape if there is a culture of respect - and mostly I have been heartened by the sense of respect as a vital part of PayPlan culture. My days felt very dark and I didn't know where to turn, but Paypal was there for me with so much help. After having some struggles, the staff at Paypal was absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful and supportive. They was recommended to me from a friend and I would highly recommend them myself. Payplan have given us our life back

When we started with payplan, we couldn't see a way out of debt, and our monthly payments were just going up and up. They have managed everything for us from the very beginning.
