Excellent service

Easy debt solutions, easy to talk to people that don't judge your choices that caused you to get into debt, and quick to reply to queries. They've managed my debt for years, negotiating with my debt companies to stop interest and them contacting me for payment. Trusted Adviser

Payplan has been a trusted adviser to me. I contacted them years ago and they took the time to go through my finances with me. Staff were friendly and helpful, exercising no judgements. Life-saving Care Service

Payplan saves my life. I did not believe there was a way forward at the start of the journey to debt freedom. Plan put me at ease straight away and that started to build my confidence and believe. Case work was assigned to me who communicated frequently with me both by phone and email. Their website which is of of practical and useful information about my situation was available to me once I signed into my account. Excellent service.

Excellent service. Everytime I have questions the response is prompt and explained well. Very transparent and the website is easy to use. There is a problem with their app which I thinks is not operable yet on Google. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2024
