For over 12 months i struggled with debt and its was all getting too much pay coming in and not enough for the outgoings. I decided one day enough was enough and seen a link through my bank for Payplan. 2 weeks later i was on a debt management plan with over £40K of debt aligned into the plan over 3 years. The team have been and remain fantastic with helping remove the anxiety with regards to the chase letters for payment and the customer service is outstanding. I remember my first conversation with a lady who had experienced this herself and that just mad it really real. Thank you to the payPlan team and i hope you win. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2022

Having lost my career due to Covid my savings ran out and I couldn’t pay my bills including my mortgage I had debtors chasing me 24/7 by post, by email, by sms, by telephone and I couldn’t take anymore. I tried in vain to get help from step change but could never get through then I found PayPlan and what a massive relief! They explained my options, talked me through the process and allowed me to breath again! I kept my house and have slowly but surely built my credit score back up again. After a few months I started getting mothered by the debt collecting agencies as the debtors had passed my debts in so I just sent a copy of anything I received to PayPlan and again they sorted it all out. Feeling very stressed with the debt i had. Took the step to contact Pay Plan and straight away i felt better and glad i rang. It has helped a great deal talking to the staff and they keep you informed. I would recommend anyone in my position to contact pay plan. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2022

I was anxious about even talking to pay plan about my debt but I'm glad I did. Payplan has been a god send and basically given me my life back. They have been with me every step of the way and during the first year when everything was new my account manager was always there either on the end of the phone or by using the in app messaging system, putting my mind at ease when getting letters from companies telling me I was in arrears. I would not hesitate recommending payplan to anyone who is struggling with debt. Payplan gets my vote Reviewed on: 22nd May 2022
