Was recommended by a friend after struggling with mounting debt, after a quick call to discuss my options i was soon on a plan to becoming debt free amd soon will be. So professional and approachable I was in a dark place and in debt my mum had just died I was in debt I thought my life was over too but I approached payplan they turned my life around compassionate understanding and approachable They came up with an affordable plan it was easy and hassle free I would always recommend them yearly reviews which are no hassle I cannot thank them enough Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

After being made redundant and having a bad experience managing finances, Payplan's teams were recommended to me. I'm so glad i got in touch as they were understanding and non-judgemental at each point. They were beyond supportive and had an excellent communication channel to keep me informed in the process. Debt can often be daunting and Payplan have Great staff who make the whole process a little bit easier and have helped me every step of the way. Great staff who communicate regular and an easy to use app/ website which I can see all my details and payments. 110% recommend them If you are struggling and they will work with you to see what plan best suits you and your circumstance. Almost life saving

Just when I thought I couldn’t cope anymore due to stress about repayment of ever-building debts, I came across them. All staff I dealt with were amazing and so professional.
