Easy to set up and minimally intrusive

From start to finish the process has been really efficient. Easy to set up we were talked through all our options before they helped us set an affordable budget that was accepted in full by creditors. There are loads of tools and advice available and our case officer Stephen kept us on track with minimal intrusion. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Payplan always feel so person centred. It feels like they really care about my financial situation. All their staff are so kind and so helpful and all know their job well. I visited my bank manager to seek help with my financial problems but they where unable to help. They gave me the details for Payplan but I was a little unsure. Best thing I ever did from the second i spoke to a agent at Payplan I felt like I could trust them and rely on them to help me in the right direction. I’m just over half way through my plan currently and my way of life and thinking has completely changed thanks to Payplans help. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
