Payplan helped me enormously. They contacted all of my creditors and asked if the interest on my accounts could be frozen to give me a better chance of paying off my debts. They were very helpful in going through my income and outgoing and we arrived at an affordable figure to allow me to repay my debts and get my life back no track. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Professional end to end solution to my debt problems

The Payplan team were brilliantly supportive from the outset. They listened to my problems, offered immediate solutions allowing me time to breathe and work out the best way forward. Then when I decided I needed an IVA they walked me through the process. I felt reassured and it was like a lead weight was taken off from round my neck…. Can’t thank them enough! Superb! The best support ever!

When you find yourself with debt that has escalated it becomes a frightening time. I was recommended to use Payplan by a close friend. I took the uncomfortable route of ringing them and asking their advice. The company is professional but extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I started paying back my debts with a plan and they took all the headaches and embarrassment away. I felt protected but also that I was doing the right thing in paying back my debts with an amount that I could pay.
