I've been with Payplan for a number of years after getting myself into a mess financially. I didn't think there was a way out of the mess I'd got into but they were so understanding, and really alleviated my concerns. Their support and guidance has been consistent over the years and they were really supportive when I was going through a bit if a bumpy patch. They're always happy to listen and will do everything they can to come up with the best solution for you. I have regular assessments to make sure my payments are still affordable and that I'm on the best plan for me. Honestly, I wish I'd known about Payplan earlier, I'd have saved myself a lot of stress and worry. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Life savers

Without Payplan I don’t know where I would be now they helped me so much with all the debt I was in. I got into such deep depression I did not know where to turn until citizens advice put me into contact with Payplan they sorted all my finances what I could afford to pay to my creditors it was a huge weight lifted off my mind I couldn’t thank them enough without them I can honestly say I might not be here now. Fantastic service

I was going through a very stressful time financially and I couldn't think of I way out. I was so nervous to ring payplan but I'm so pleased I did. From only being on the phone a couple of minutes I felt loads better. The help and support I got from start to finish of setting up my iva was amazing. Excellent Customer Service

I suffer with really bad Anxiety, Depression & PTSD due to Domestic Violence’s & on really bad days I will buy random things & apply for credit cards etc. I don’t open my letters, emails or answer the phone for days & sometimes even weeks. My daughter ( 14. ) sat me down & said mum, let’s sort this out together, & get help with the bills. I rang up PayPlan & explained my situation, about my mental health, DV etc & they were ever so nice, didn’t judge me, listened & made me feel at ease.
